I was asked to develop a long standing campaign for a new real estate firm in the Southbay. After researching the 3 main target audiences of young families, couples without children (double income, no kids or “DINKS”), and investors, I then created an advertising campaign that would appeal to all 3 groups with the tagline “It’s Your South Bay. Own it.” I then planned, art directed and photographed 3 photoshoots, one for each target audience. I delivered collateral for print and digital as well as a suggested media budget and schedule for both print and online ads.
